Google has just released the newest version of its Android operating system, Android 13 QPR2 Beta 2. This new version comes with several quality-of-life improvements, including 31 new emojis and a feature that allows users to force-theme icons on their home screen. But perhaps the most notable of these updates is its potential to make transferring an existing eSIM from one device to another much easier.

According to a thread of tweets by tipster Mishaal Rahman, this beta version introduces a system property called quick. Seamless transfer enabled in non qs'. This indicates that there may soon be a way for users to transfer their existing eSIM profile from an old phone onto a new phone without having to go through the rigorous process of deactivating it from the old device and reactivating it in the new one.

What's more exciting is that Google may also be working on a way for users to convert physical SIM cards into eSIM profiles so they can easily transfer them across devices as well. If this turns out true, then it would make switching between phones effortless and fast - no need for tedious activation processes or visits to your carrier's store!

With all these updates, Google looks set on making life easier for those who use their phones frequently and often switch between multiple devices. We look forward eagerly awaiting what further enhancements will come with future releases!
