Fantasian Part 2 Releases on August 13, 2021

A lot of people claim Fantasian is a great game. The game idea is not particularly original because a lot comes from Final Fantasy games. However, it complements Final Fantasy's ideas and mechanics with slight modifications to create a "fresh" feeling of the game and also adds some significant quality changes.

The End of Waiting

The second part of Fantasian now can be downloaded on Apple Arcade as a new RPG from Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi. Mistwalker has confirmed as a developer that they will be launching Fantasian Part 2 on August 13th this year. Part 1 is also available and was exclusively released on April 2 this year for Apple Arcade.

The plot explains the story of a young man named Leo who searches for his father and finds himself traveling across a multidimensional world to find him. After losing his memory Leo meets his friends who join him along with gameplay.

Mechanics and Features

The game's traditional turn-based combat system has a twist that lets you skip most random encounters but pay them back at a later date. Also, according to Misrwalker, Part 2 will be less linear and will offer many side quests and locations to explore. In this regard, the game time will increase from 20 hours of the previous part to 40-60 hours.

The visual and musical parts also got interesting updates. Fantasian has about 150 handcrafted dioramas used for the game’s backgrounds and 50 of which are original from Part 2. Oh, yea, and talking about the music! The legendary Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu created 34 new tracks for Part 2, which you can find on Apple music.

Where to Download Part 2 of Fantasian

The game is available to all users with a subscription to the Apple Arcade service, where it can be downloaded on all compatible Apple devices. Apple Arcade subscription service costs $5.99/month and is available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.
