Game Enthusiasts Set to Embark on a Nostalgia Trip with Operazione Galuga

The Contra series, previously named Probotector in Europe, is renowned as one of the most celebrated traditional arcade franchises, familiar for its superb run 'n' gun action. However, in the recent two decades, being a Contra enthusiast has proven challenging due to a plethora of subpar releases. 

We are delighted to witness the revival of the series' classic roots. Recently, the pre-production of Contra: Operation Galuga has been declared and the responsibility of development has been entrusted to WayForward. The legit X account describes it as a "reimagined '80s classic." As per the introductory trailer, it sure seems to reminisce about the traditional Contra that many of us adored during our youth.
